Thanks, Michael. To be honest, I didn’t even know about the MVP pyramid when I wrote this post (shame). So…your question is a good one. The MVP pyramid, now that I know about it, seems a bit too complicated for me. Too many levels/considerations. Overly academic. I like to use this exercise as a team as well, so I prefer to keep it as simple as possible.

But to your question, reliable — to me that part of being functional. I don’t think you could consider a feature functional if it doesn’t have some level of reliability.
